sisig d'best







2 lbs pig snout / cheeks / hocks
2 medium onions
4 pcs siling labuyo
1/4 lb chicken liver
1/4 lb pis's brains
1/8 lb white ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2 cup kalamansi juice
2 tbs vinegar


Clean snouts/cheeks/hocks and boil for 15min. Grill until brown. Combine chicken liver and pigs brains, wrap in aluminum foil and grill well. Chop meat finely along w/ onions, ginger and sili. Combine in a bowl. Mash liver and brains together and mix together with meat mixture. Let sit for 30minutes and serve.
